A licensed real estate agent since 2006, Sandra joined Cervera Real Estate that same year. She has a passion for the variety of architectural styles and the different ways that people design and build homes, especially in the South Florida market in which Cervera specializes. Thus, it seemed like a natural fit for Sandra to enter the world of real estate sales, a world where she could be closely involved with her passion, and get paid for it too.

After graduating from college, Sandra worked as a financial representative with Principal Financial Group, where she received intensive sales training for targeting specific market segments, selling and marketing oneself and one’s products, and how to cold call potential customers.

 All these skills have helped her immeasurably in her real estate career.

With a deep love for Miami and the surrounding areas, Sandra genuinely believes that she lives in paradise. The markets in which she specializes included, but are not limited to: Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Miami, Downtown, Brickell and Edgewater. 

Born in Managua, Nicaragua and transplanted to Walnut Creek, CA at the early age of two, Sandra lived there for eleven years before moving to Miami over twenty years ago. She feels blessed to have a wonderful husband and an amazing son with whom she loves to spend lazy Sundays. Fluent in English and Spanish, she enjoys shopping and dinner parties with her friends. She also is an avid sports fan, especially for basketball and football. She loves what she does and it is clear to whoever works with her.
