David's formal education in Management Information Systems together with his technical acuity and business acumen have allowed him to excel in the real estate industry.

To launch his career in real estate, in 2009 David founded Penthouselife.com™, the largest online marketplace for penthouses around the world. 

In 2011, David founded Decorus Realty and led his boutique brokerage firm with 150+ real estate agents to over $1.5B in residential, commercial, and new development sales before selling the company to ONE Sotheby's International Realty in 2020.

Due to his personal market leading sales volume and his commitment to the highest ethical values, David has been inducted as a member of South Florida’s most elite broker’s association, The Master Brokers Forum and recognized by both ‘Who’s Who’ in Miami Agent Magazine and ‘People On The Move’ in the South Florida Business Journal. David has also been featured in The Real Deal, Aventura Magazine, Haven Lifestyles and the duPont Registry.

David also founded VIDA Development Group developing luxury townhomes and rounding out David's experience in the world of real estate. He is well versed all aspects of the real estate business and specializes in luxury residential and commercial investments.

In 2021, David founded Sapere, an America company with Israeli security expertise providing consulting and training paired with cutting-edge technology to provide a holistic, unobtrusive, and proactive security solution.

In his spare time, David also serves on the Advisory Board of Realdax, a disruptive real estate software and services company.
