Carlo Dipasquale is a self-made real estate expert, who has sold over $670 million in exclusive luxury homes and investment properties throughout all of South Florida. His wealth of experience in international finances and real estate markets has garnered him a well-earned reputation among buyers, sellers and real estate players. His extensive knowledge in negotiating and fluency in four languages—Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese—allows for transparency and specialized guidance in closing deals. His portfolio of clients includes prominent business tycoons, celebrities, athletes, actors, among others, who always seek Carlo’s services when considering a new purchase.
Born and raised in Taormina, Italy, Carlo moved to Miami 23 years ago, in which he became instantly fascinated in real estate. Prior to relocating, Carlo graduated with a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature in Italy and continued his studies in the United States, later receiving a degree from Tisch School of Arts at New York University. He began his career in production and entertainment, before joining the Consulate General of Italy. It was during this time that he was introduced to his initial client roster, who were seeking to invest and purchase second homes abroad, in a time when the euro was exceptionally high. In these first real estate transactions, Carlo rapidly gained experience in representing both seller and buyers and the unique demands of each.
Carlo is an avid foodie and his passions include traveling, studying new cultures, fitness and discovering music. Having lived in New York and Amsterdam, Carlo is deeply inspired by his worldly travels and applies his cultural expertise to understand and engage with each client effectively to achieve the intended goal. This skill set is further complimented and amplified by his zest for life and robust connection with those he meets. “It’s about commitment and understanding the client’s needs, but above all integrity.” Carlo’s attentiveness to detail and dedication to finding his clients the perfect home or investment opportunity is only one aspect of what drives his career. The emotional experience of a highly satisfied client "is what pushes me to do what I do,” says Carlo. As a result of catering to international clientele, he often travels to Europe, South America and throughout the U.S. to meet face to face.
