Aaron Drucker brings over 20 years of leadership experience in PropTech and real estate to his role as Side’s Managing Broker of Florida. He has served as Principal Broker for three national PropTech firms, leading multi-state expansions and overseeing large-scale teams. Alongside his leadership roles, Aaron has worked with a wide range of clients — from first-time homebuyers to high-end clientele — throughout the Miami market. In New York, he served as Vice President of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) for the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR) MLS in Westchester County.

Before joining Side, Aaron led a consulting practice advising real estate and technology firms on go-to-market strategy, sales operations, and brokerage scale. He holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the State University of New York and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU.
