Caroline Carrara brings over 20 years of real estate leadership experience to her role as Side’s Managing Broker, Community Growth – Florida. She has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and elevating brokerage operations across South Florida. She is also excited to support Side’s partner agents and boutique firms statewide, providing strategic guidance and mentorship as they launch and grow their businesses.

Most recently, Caroline was the Sales Manager and Broker Associate at Balistreri Real Estate in Fort Lauderdale, where she led and mentored a team of over 45 agents, driving strategic growth, ethical standards, and strong agent retention. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly two decades at EWM Realty International, where she rose from Assistant Manager in the Miami Beach office to Vice President and Managing Broker of the Las Olas office. At EWM, she managed up to 75 agents and guided hundreds of real estate professionals, helping to propel their development and consistent brokerage growth in one of South Florida’s most competitive luxury markets.

Caroline is a Florida-licensed real estate broker (since 2008) and holds multiple professional designations, including the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Performance Management Network (PMN), and NAR’s Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement. She has been a Director for Florida Realtors® since 2013 and previously served as a Director for the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), reflecting her deep commitment to industry leadership. Caroline has also chaired professional standards and ethics panels, contributed to community outreach initiatives, and is a proud RPAC Major Investor advocating for the real estate community.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Caroline is deeply involved in her community and passionate about South Florida’s real estate scene.
