INFINITY AT BRICKELL HOSTS MIAMI MASTER BROKERS FORUM DINNER
Extraordinary Panel Discussion Explores “The New Dynamics of Property Taxes, Appraisals and Insurance”
The Miami Master Brokers Forum (MBF), an organization comprised of South Florida’s top residential real estate agents, recently held its first Forum Dinner of 2009 at Infinity at Brickell, an extraordinary new luxury condominium in Miami's prestigious Brickell financial district. The dinner was chaired by Pat Klock Parker and Christopher Zoller, with special assistance from Andres Asion.
More than 100 Master Brokers attended, starting their evening with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the scenic 11th floor pool deck lounge. Guests later participated in a remarkable panel discussion entitled “The New Dynamics of Property Taxes, Appraisals and Insurance”; one of the most enlightening and interactive presentations in the chapter’s history. The panel included Pedro J. Garcia, Jr., Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser; Robert D. Reynolds, president and CEO of Morris & Reynolds Insurance; and Britt J. Rosen, principal of Brittex Appraisal Services, with Zoller moderating. A delicious buffet-style dinner and guided tours of the condominium followed the discussion.
“Miami’s real estate market has undergone seismic, dramatic changes in recent months, and those of us on the front lines need to constantly educate ourselves in order to serve our clients professionally,” said Emilio Palomo, chair of the Miami MBF Chapter. “We are extremely grateful to these panelists for sharing their knowledge and insight with us, and also thank our friends at Infinity at Brickell for generously hosting the event.”
