AND “2010 REAL ESTATE FORECAST”WEST PALM BEACH, FL --
The Palm Beach Master Brokers Forum (MBF), an organization comprised of South Florida’s top residential real estate agents, recently held a special reception hosted and sponsored by CityPlace South Tower, located at 550 Okeechobee Blvd. The event was held in the tower’s stylish ninth floor lounge, and featured cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and tours of CityPlace South Tower model residences. More than 50 Master Brokers and guests were in attendance.
The event also included a unique “Palm Beach County – 2010 Real Estate Forecast”, featuring local real estate and banking experts revealing their predictions for the months ahead. These speakers included Brad Hunter, chief economist for MetroStudy, who discussed the county’s real estate market; Rich Campanella, home mortgage consultant for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, who advised on the future of lending; and Aaron Conklin with Architects of Debt, who educated members about the evolving use of short sales and loan mitigations.
All guests received VIP passes to tour the acclaimed 2010 American Red Cross Designer Show House, housed within CityPlace South Tower. Now in its 34th year, the Show House features more than 15 interior and exterior spaces transformed by acclaimed designers from around the country.
“We were delighted to offer this fantastic slate of speakers to our members, who absorbed every morsel of information,” said Melanie Buhrman, chair of the Palm Beach MBF. “Our friends at CityPlace South Tower were extremely gracious hosts, and we appreciate them making the beautiful Show House available to our members.”
