ST. REGIS RESORT & RESIDENCES, BAL HARBOUR TO HOST MIAMI MASTER BROKERS FORUM
Panel Discussion and Forum Dinner Entitled "How Insurance Affects Our Market"

The St. Regis Resort & Residences, Bal Harbour will host the next Miami Master Brokers Forum (MBF) event, which will be held Tuesday, October 17, 2006 at the project’s sales center, 9701 Collins Ave. in Bal Harbour.  The Forum dinner and panel discussion, "How Insurance Affects Our Market", will address property insurance in Florida and the effects of multiple hurricanes in recent years.

A diverse panel of insurance professionals will discuss options surrounding the buying and selling of real estate in a time when insurance premiums are on the rise. The evening will begin with a 6 p.m. cocktail reception, followed by a 7 p.m. panel discussion, moderated by Ron Shuffield, president of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell Realtors, followed by an 8 p.m. dinner.

Following the cocktail reception, Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, president of Related Cervera Realty Services, the exclusive sales agent for St. Regis Resort & Residences, Bal Harbour, will make a brief presentation about this five-star plus residential and condo-hotel project, located directly across from Bal Harbour Shops. St. Regis Resort & Residences, Bal Harbour is being developed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and The Related Group as an ultra luxurious oceanfront enclave with unparalleled St. Regis signature services and amenities.
