Northern Trust To Host 2009 Holiday Party on Dec. 2 Get ready to celebrate with your fellow Miami Master Brokers at the 2009 Holiday Party! This event will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at the Northern Trust Tower located at 700 Brickell Avenue. The cocktail reception will begin in the lobby at 6 p.m., followed by presentations and dinner in the Northern Trust dining room at 7 p.m.
The 2009 Holiday Party is co-chaired by Penni Chasens, Darlene Dale, and Carole Smith, with special assistance from Hazel Goldman.

2010 Dues Accepted at Holiday Party
Dues for 2010 will remain $200, and are due by January 31, 2010. Official notices will be sent in January, but 2010 dues payments will be accepted at the Holiday Party.
Tell MBF Web Visitors Which Neighborhoods You Serve
A new feature has been added to the MBF web site which allows you to select the specific neighborhoods and cities in which you specialize. This will make it easier for potential buyers, sellers, and media to find the right agent for the right community. Selecting your neighborhoods is easy:
1. Visit the Master Brokers Forum web site at www.masterbrokersforum.com
2. Scroll to the bottom of the main page and click on “Member Login”
3. Click on “Edit My Profile”
4. Scroll down to the section called “Miscellaneous Information:” Under “Areas Worked:” you will seen an extensive list of South Florida communities.
5. Click the boxes of the communities in which you specialize.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Save Changes.”
* Note: if you wish to add or update your photograph on the MBF web page, you can do so on “Edit My Profile.”
7. If you DO NOT have a photo already on your profile, scroll to the bottom of your profile in the Member Photo section, and click on the “Browse...” button. (Continue to step 8.)
If you DO have a photo and would like to update, scroll to the bottom of your profile in the Member Photo section, and click on “Remove Picture” under the photo. When the profile re-loads, scroll back to the bottom, and click on the “Browse...” button.
8. Navigate your way to the folder and photo you want to use.
9. Select the file, and click “Open”. When you return to the profile, click “Save Changes” near the bottom of the window.
10. When the profile re-loads, scroll down to the bottom of the window and confirm that the photo is there. (If the photo appears too large or small, adjust the size of the image using a photo editing program, and repeat steps 2 - 6 until you are happy with its size.)
